Reunion Resort vacation homes and villas for sale
Reunion Resort is the premier vacation home and villa rental community in central Florida. Reunion Resort is a custom home and semi-custom home community. You may see many communities in Orlando such as Encore Resort at Reunion or Championsgate where all homes look the same, these communities and homes are known as spec builds.
Spec build versus Reunion Resort custom homes
By buying a spec build helps massively with the cost when initially building a home and takes away questions about what the home will look and feel like as typically you would have already walked a model home. The issue with spec builds is the limited flexibility you have on what you are building. When everyone has the same home with no outstanding features its very difficult to price your home at any other rate than to be in line with what everyone else is charging for the same floor plan in your community. Homes in Reunion Resort are somewhat different. You do have the choice to buy some off-plan spec homes, these are however at a higher quality of build that neighboring communities. Or you have the choice to purchase the land of your choice and build the home of your dreams.
Custom home features
By building a spectacular home certainly pays off, nearly all homes in Reunion feature amazing games and arcade rooms, stunning pool areas and private movie rooms. Some of the larger owners in Reunion have taken this to the extreme and add 2 lane bowling alleys, rooftop pools, golf simulators, basketball courts, laser tag, indoor tree houses and more. Due to how unique these properties are means the highest daily rates can be charged simply dues to the supply and demand of these unique properties. Reunion Resort as a whole dictates the highest rates of any community in all of Orlando. If you are looking to buy a high income generating vacation home then Reunion Resort should be your first choice.
